Refund policy

1. You must understand that food items are perishable and cannot be requested for an exchange, for they cannot be resold once opened.

2. Please note that once an order is confirmed, Orgure will not accept any return or refund requests, except in the event that you receive either a missing, damaged, spoiled or expired product.

3. If you receive any damaged/missing/spoiled/expired product, you need to notify us within 3 days of the delivery received by you, via an email to info@orgure.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9435145619

4. In your email/message, you shall be required to include the following:
– Order Number
– Image of Invoice
– 1 Image of Outer Box
– 2 clear Images of the Damaged Product

5. In case of multiple-item shipments, only the concerned product can be returned and if possible, replaced.

6. You will receive a quick response (within 24-48 hours) on your grievance, and we shall provide full assistance to your concern.
