SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
- We provide ‘Free Shipping’ all across India on all orders, irrespective of the cart value. No separate shipping charges shall be charged from our customers across India.
- If the ordered item is in stock, the shipment shall be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
- In case the ordered item is out of stock, we will notify you under such circumstances. We assure to get the item back in stock as soon as possible.
- Shipments and deliveries do not occur on Sundays and other Public Holidays.
- Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control – like unexpected transportation delays, weather conditions, and strikes.
- Kindly provide correct and complete postal address, along with pin code, email address and phone number, to help us deliver your order successfully and with ease.
- You shall receive your order tracking details once your shipment has been packed and handed over to our courier partner; until then we humbly request you to bear with us.
- We will keep you updated on your order at your email as well as WhatsApp.
Return Policy
1. You must understand that food items are perishable and cannot be requested for an exchange, for they cannot be resold once opened.
2. Please note that once an order is confirmed, Orgure will not accept any return or refund requests, except in the event that you receive either a missing, damaged, spoiled or expired product.
3. If you receive any damaged/missing/spoiled/expired product, you need to notify us within 3 days of the delivery received by you, via an email to info@orgure.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9435145619
4. In your email/message, you shall be required to include the following:
– Order Number
– Image of Invoice
– 1 Image of Outer Box
– 2 clear Images of the Damaged Product
5. In case of multiple-item shipments, only the concerned product can be returned and if possible, replaced.
6. You will receive a quick response (within 24-48 hours) on your grievance, and we shall provide full assistance to your concern.
We will be unable to accept a refund request but will be happy to work with you in finding an amicable solution, and resend or replace the product/s promptly after due investigation.
Please Note: You won’t be required to bear any shipping cost on your returns/replacements; all costs shall be borne by us and every step shall be taken to make the process easier on you.
Moreover, you need to remember that our products are completely natural, organic and mostly handmade. So, no two batches will be identical. Hence, we shall not be able to accept returns due to any slight variation in taste, colour, texture or aroma.
Similarly, product images shown in the website are only for reference purposes. Please do not consider yourself cheated if a jar is not filled to the brim, as may be portrayed in the images. You should ascertain if you have received the right quantity as specified on the jar you purchased.
